Rachel Campos-Duffy, co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend, shares a touching moment with her daughter live on television.

In a heartfelt conversation, Rachel Campos-Duffy, co-host of FOX & Friends Weekend, brought her daughter on the show to talk about having a child with Down syndrome.
The anchor told Fox & Friends viewers on World Down Syndrome Day that the arrival of 5-year-old Valentina improved her family.

Valentina, Campos-Duffy’s daughter, was born in 2019.
Alongside her daughter, Campos-Duffy spoke with Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt on her experience as a mother of a kid with a genetic illness.
According to Campos-Duffy, “I think it’s really important to raise awareness because actually a lot of women get this diagnosis and they will get scared.”
According to her, prospective parents of children with Down syndrome may experience anxiety even from the medical community.
Her daughter is “as lovely, as precious, as joyful, as any other child,” she added, adding that the issues faced by kids with Down syndrome are “very treatable.”
Campos-Duffy stated, “They have a few minor difficulties, sometimes medical – some of them are prone to heart conditions, maybe some thyroid stuff.”
However, the family has not slowed down because of Valentina’s health.
The mother of nine claims that because of their sister Valentina, her other children with husband Sean Duffy, an American politician and former member of Congress, are more empathetic.
“I believe our children have acquired patience and tolerance,” she remarked. “They’ve figured out how to help.”
Her kid also gave viewers a quick demonstration of her pilates techniques, which her mother claimed she learnt in physical therapy.
Billie Faiers sobs as she remembers the horrifying moment her infant stopped breathing and they had to take her to the hospital.
As a pro-life crusader, Campos-Duffy said she was first motivated by Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, who is her husband’s colleague and the mother of a kid with Down syndrome.
“I believe that’s the main idea.”I think we’re going to see less of that when people get to meet them and realize how wonderful they are,” Campos-Duffy said. “So many children with Down syndrome are being exterminated in the womb.”
The real world was thirty years ago.
This year is the 30th anniversary of Campos-Duffy’s appearance on The Real World, an MTV reality show.
In January 1994, when the fifth season of The Real World: San Francisco premiered, she was one of six cast members.
The American TV star, who co-hosts the From the Kitchen Table podcast with her husband Sean, said People Magazine that “woke cancel culture” prevented her from airing her Real World season today.
Campos-Duffy maintained that “wokeism” is having a detrimental effect on society at large in addition to the reality TV industry.
According to the co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend, cancel culture keeps individuals from speaking honestly.
“You get a lot of self-censorship and fake virtue signaling when you shame and punish people socially and professionally just for having a different point of view,” she said.
