The weather is getting hotter and hotter in the middle of summer, which makes it the ideal time for a refreshing beverage. Therefore, it’s that time of year when kids all across the nation take advantage of it by going outside to the front lawn and putting up a traditional lemonade stand.
However, a young youngster had a more brilliant idea. He was aware of what the adults truly wanted to drink, and his scheme made a tidy profit up until the police arrived.
When a boy from Brigham City, Utah, put up a drink shop on Tuesday, it immediately created a sensation.
He had the following sign up:
Apparently, the child was peddling beer. This is quite clever on the one hand—who doesn’t want a cold one on a hot afternoon?—and obviously quite alarming given that he is under 21 and that his stand most likely does not have a liquor license.
Naturally, worried neighbors and bystanders called the authorities in an attempt to dismantle the enterprising child’s illegal alcohol stand. Brigham City Police Department officers arrived, prepared to act.
However, they looked more closely at his sign after that.

He was selling root beer, that’s correct.
Just take a look at the child’s face in that picture and the tiny smiley face in the sign’s corner. That’s the expression of a child who has just executed a brilliant trolling move.
The child was allowed to go about his business by the cops. And when he isn’t being stopped by the police, business seems to be going well.
The Brigham Police posted on Facebook, “His marketing strategy has resulted in several calls to the BCPD, but apparently [it’s] paid off as business has been good.”
It’s obvious that this young man has a future in advertising.
Tell this amusing tale!
