This 1956 property, which has been described as a “dilapidated eyesore,” is in terrible shape and has obviously not been maintained in decades.
The house is being offered for an unexpected $475,000 despite its severe condition.
“One may imagine an inspiring, well-maintained property,” the report says, but prospective purchasers will discover a “tired old husk” that is “in a state of utterBut it’s improbable that anyone would maintain the building in its current state; most would demolish it and rebuild it.
