A man who was abusing his dogs was reported to a rescue organization. The state of the dogs and the yard they resided in shocked them when they got there. One dog in particular was made of flesh and bones and wore a hefty chain. The poor puppy was burdened down by the hefty chain. She waved her tail at the savior in spite of everything that had happened to her. She seemed to be pleading with the woman for assistance. She was really pleased to see her. A few months earlier, the dog had given birth, and her puppies were playing and running around.
